Group Packet Pick-Up – Lunar Landing 5K

GROUP PACKET PICK-UP FORM: If you are picking up packets for a group of people (4 or more), you can submit the names of those you are picking up for and we will try to prepare the bundle in advance. Be sure and let us know what DAY and TIME of scheduled packet pick-up you will be coming by, during our posted packet pick-up schedule hours.

Please use the name each runner registered under, no nicknames or alternate names (or we won’t be able to find them). If you need more than 10 spaces, you can submit the form a second time with additional names, just add “additional names” to the estimated day and time of pick-up field or words to that effect.

Group Packet Pick-Up form submissions should be made by 5 PM the day before the first packet pick-up on the schedule. After that you can still pick up multiple packets, just let us know when you arrive, and be patient. Thank you!
