Results for the Spring Cleaning 5K March 8, 2025
We wanted to thank our runners so much for coming out on Saturday to participate in the Spring Cleaning 5K Benefit race. They are why this running community is so special and like no other.
Together we raised $3841 for Nick Diaz’s family which they will receive today. We know Olyvia can feel the arms of Nick’s friends and fellow runners around her as we go on from here.

‘Spring Cleaning 5K’ is a name we have used for an unscheduled no-frills race to benefit a charitable cause.
RAS is honored to organize this run in memory of our dear friend and local runner, Nick Diaz, to support his wife, Olyvia, and their children, Aurora and Ares.
Nick’s life was tragically cut short in a car accident on January 12, 2025. While the loss is still deeply felt, we invite you to join us in showing love, compassion, and support for his family.
No shirts or medals for this run, but we will bring shirts from our past races and folks can choose if they like.

Race will be chip-timed, and bib pick-up is on race morning.
